Monocarrier are complete and tight axes which will allow in a simple way high precision guidance and feed motions.The slider moves without backslash in a ball cage and is driven by a ball screw which is supported in two angular ball bearings on the fixed side and in  one normal groove ball bearing on the floating side. Monocarrier are produced in seven manufacturing sizes in two accuracy classes with customized feeding length and screw pitches. End switches, sheet cover and for the bigger sizes bellows can be delivered. Special design with two sliders (only one is driven) are possible.

Linear guides are also launched like ball bushings for a high precision axial movement under absorption of carriage. In difference to ball bushings linear guides will be mounted directly without a separat support onto the machine. The benefit compare to the ball bushings is the much more simple assembly and a higher possible carriage- and torque absorption by an assimilable size.
